We perform Daily Site Inspections during roof replacement projects.
- We will provide a written narrative inspection report outlining the progress of the roofing contractor with supporting photographs.
- We will provide a detailed list of issues encountered with supporting photos in the report.
- We will review the ventilation and installation specifications with the on-site workmen at the start of each roof.
- We will provide a total of wood replaced per job in the inspection report.
The reports are uploaded to the cloud server and sent to the management company and the designated Association member.
